  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing counter work, assisting with appointment booking, and handling telephone inquiries, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • You will also be required to carry out general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, statistics, and record keeping, while maintaining confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
  • To provide administrative support to senior staff and other teams within the organization, including managing counter work, appointment booking, and telephone inquiries.
  • To carry out general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, statistics, and record keeping, while maintaining confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
  • To assist in procurement and material management activities, including preparation of quotation exercises, purchasing requests, consumables stock taking, and related administrative work.
Requirements
  • Candidates should have completed their secondary education with at least 5 passes in HKCEE or 5 subjects in HKDSE with at least Level 2 or equivalent, including English, Chinese, and Mathematics or any post-secondary qualifications.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including MS-Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing, is essential.
  • A good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, with the ability to speak Putonghua being a definite advantage.
  • Attention to detail is essential, with a strong ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Shift duty is required, with flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and weekends.
