About the Role

As a skilled Building Services Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of our building services installations. Your expertise will ensure that our facilities operate efficiently, safely, and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure regular electrical services are performed within properties to maintain optimal performance and safety.
  2. Develop and implement technical contingency plans for emergency breakdowns, minimizing downtime and disruption.
  3. Collaborate with the facilities management team to implement and maintain effective maintenance programs.
  4. Review and update standard operating guidelines and procedures manuals to reflect best practices.
  5. Assess work quality and progress, ensuring that workmanship meets company standards.
  6. Analyze maintenance workflow, methodology, and frequency to optimize resource allocation and minimize costs.
  7. Supervise daily operations and maintenance for Building Services installations.
  8. Respond to emergency calls for electrical system failures.

Requirements:

  • A higher diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services Engineering or related fields, with an electrical license B or above.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Building Services, including property repair and maintenance, renovation, and E&M projects.
  • Expertise in current legislations and engineering design/practice on facilities management, building services, event technical support, contract law, and other relevant areas.
  • Excellent English and Chinese language skills, both written and spoken.
