Key Responsibilities:
  • AML/CTF Compliance: Provide expert advice and guidance on AML/CTF issues, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Compliance Coordination: Liaise with internal departments to resolve day-to-day compliance issues related to AML/CTF.
  • Sanctions Screening: Coordinate with relevant departments to conduct sanctions and terrorist screening on staff, counterparties, and suppliers.
  • Policy and Procedure Updates: Review and update AML/CTF compliance policies and procedures to reflect regulatory changes.
  • Suspicious Transaction Reporting: Assist the Head of AML in preparing suspicious transaction reports.
  • Compliance Checking: Conduct regular AML/CTF compliance checks and support review of AML/CTF compliance.
  • Compliance Training: Assist in coordinating and delivering compliance training and reviewing/reviewing relevant materials.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in and handle ad hoc projects assigned by the Head of AML.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree holder, preferably in Business, Accounting, or Law.
  • Experience: At least 6 years of relevant experience in leading financial institutions or consultancy firms, with insurance experience highly preferred.
  • Skills: Responsible, proactive, with attention to detail and ability to work independently. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
