Langham Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Brand Identity Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand identity strategies that enhance our brand reputation and drive business growth. Your expertise in graphic design, branding, and visual identity will enable you to effectively communicate our brand message across diverse markets and channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of LHG's brand identity, brand assets, and visuals to ensure consistency across worldwide hotels and markets.
  • Create innovative branding materials, social media content, and digital platforms that showcase our unique value proposition.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Services team to define and develop brand standards, creative initiatives, and brand manuals for stakeholders.
  • Manage and oversee the photography direction and creative assets library, ensuring that all visual content meets our high standards.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective brand strategies that meet business objectives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in BA in visual communication or multimedia design; candidates without a degree but with substantial experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, branding advertising, or related areas (both print and digital).
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing brand identity strategies in complex organisations where influencing adoption is crucial.
  • Expertise in graphic design, typography, branding, illustration, video editing, and photography skills are essential.
  • Experience in photo retouching and art direction for photoshoots is highly desirable.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey design best practices and project details across all company levels.
