Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare pitches and solutions to present to clients
  • Support client-facing discussions and meetings

  • Develop implementation strategies and presentation plans

Key Accountabilities:

The successful candidate will drive the delivery of projects, ensuring seamless coordination and timely completion.

  • Implement project concepts, facilitating effective coordination onsite
  • Plan and manage project personnel, logistics, and resources
  • Evaluate risks and ensure compliance with technical and safety procedures
  • Manage inventory, maintenance, and sourcing of equipment

Sales Support Tasks:

Assist other divisions within sales activities, providing basic quotations and technical feedback.

  • Provide detailed quotes to clients
  • Offer technical guidance and training (internal and external)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in corporate sales or project management
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English required
  • Ability to identify and address client needs
  • Highly motivated, independent individual with analytical skills
  • Prior experience in communicating with senior managers
  • Results-oriented, focused on driving business results and KPIs
  • Self-motivated individual who enjoys working independently
  • Passion for language learning or event technology services
