Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Handle customer enquiries and complaints regarding insurance policies, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of insurance operations staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless execution of operations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree or above preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant working experience in banking/financial institutions, with customer service experience being an advantage.
  • Skill Set: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with good command of English and Chinese (verbal and written), including Putonghua.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and Chinese input methods.
