Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Financial Analysis Expert to provide financial guidance and support to our business development initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Perform month-end closing, including accruals, and monitor capital expenditure and inventory analysis.
  2. Analyze variances against budget/forecast and identify key trends, drivers, and issues.
  3. Conduct financial analysis to support business development initiatives and management decision-making.
  4. Ensure data integrity and suggest improvements to strengthen existing financial systems and analytical tools.
  5. Provide support and solutions to ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or other relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Solid knowledge of finance and accounting concepts.
  • Excellent Excel skills, with knowledge of SAP and BI tools a plus.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000-$180,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
