Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer preferences and needs, and assist customers in finding suitable products to build long-term relationships.
  • Manage daily store operations, product displays, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Monitor store inventory, ensure sufficient stock levels, and maintain product displays according to company standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and company objectives.

Requirements

  • Passionate about perfumery and skincare, with a strong interest in the beauty industry.
  • 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in the beauty or fragrance sector.
  • Flexible, creative, and possess excellent communication and sales skills.
  • Take ownership of responsibilities, work independently, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficient in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
