About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Scientist to join our team at Vita Green Health Product Company Limited. As a key member of our research and development team, you will be responsible for developing innovative skincare formulations and contributing to the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new skincare formulations and products using cutting-edge technology and research methods.
  • Conduct physical tests, compatibility tests, and stability tests on prototypes to ensure product quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, testing companies, and universities to communicate product efficacy and results.
  • Responsible for technology transfer of prototype scale to production scale, working with production teams to perform pilot trials and define product specifications and operation workflows.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Sciences, Biochemistry, Material Science, Nanotechnology, or related field.
  • Formulation experience in the skincare or haircare industry is a must.
  • Experience in bench formulation and pilot trial of liquid and semisolid topical products, with experience of scale-up and process validation in GMP environment a plus.
  • Knowledge of skincare raw materials, ingredients, functionality, and compliance.
  • Knowledge of nanotechnology in skincare products a plus.
  • Good team working, time management, communication, and multiple project management skills.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
