Job Overview

Main Accountabilities:
  1. Advise management on strategic finance and operational matters, analyzing business performance and optimizing operational efficiency.
  2. Prepare and distribute comprehensive financial reports to the Hong Kong Head Office, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
  3. Develop and maintain robust financial systems, controls, and processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial information.
  4. Foster strong relationships with external auditors, effectively communicating audit requirements and ensuring seamless completion of interim and annual audits.
  5. Evaluate and mitigate financial risks, maintaining awareness of changing regulatory environments and industry best practices.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Professional membership with the HKICPA or equivalent organization.
  • At least 15 years of post-qualification experience in listed or sizable organizations, with Mainland experience required. Preference given to those with big four CPA firm experience.
  • Strong understanding of ERP and system implementation principles.
  • Adept at navigating complex regulatory landscapes, including tax, accounting, and foreign exchange matters.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Chinese.
  • Willingsness to relocate to the Mainland.
