Role Overview
As an Enrolment Specialist at Bupa Global, you will be part of a team that ensures an exceptional customer experience for our customers, brokers and group secretaries. Your key responsibility will be to swiftly and accurately carry out comprehensive enrolment services, resolving any enrolment queries to both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Be an expert of the whole onboarding process.
- Keep all enrolment activities recorded accurately in the relevant systems and processes.
- Be familiar with all business rules/requirements in enrolment activities, making judgment to refer relevant cases.
- Obtain all missing information for forms that come into the team directly from the customer/broker/group by telephone/email.
- Take end-to-end ownership for the resolution of all customers/brokers and internal Bupa Global enrolment enquiries. Case managed all queries through to resolution.
- Support Broker Service Team in any ad-hoc tasks such as Policy Changes, or support to cover Broker Service call queue on intermittently basis.
- Complying with all regulatory and governance requirements such as Know Your Customer (KYC).
Requirements
- Previous experience in the delivery of enrolment services, coupled with experience of case managing customer queries thorough to resolution.
- A track record of achieving and exceeding productivity and quality targets in a high performing team environment.
- Highly customer focussed and detail minded.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills are required with emphasis on achieving results and successful outcomes.
- Fluent in both written and verbal English and Chinese.
