Service Line Overview

KPMG IT services help organizations adopt technology solutions by leveraging existing technology while exploring opportunities presented by cloud computing, mobile devices, and other emerging technologies. This facilitates the delivery of professional services and values to our clients. We are looking for an enthusiastic System and Solution Architect to support our fast-growing business in a hands-on technical and solution delivery role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy applications on both public and private cloud platforms.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of Microsoft 365 projects and migrations.
  • Establish architectural frameworks and develop prototypes and models to demonstrate designs.
  • Assist in the implementation of security policies and compliance measures within the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Identify technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, develop, and implement solutions; estimate scope and timelines; coordinate with other teams for effective delivery.
  • Perform system upgrades to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Manage priorities in a dynamic environment and adapt to changes.
  • Ensure operations comply with company standards and regulations, including ISO27001.
Experience & Background
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT platform, operation, and projects.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework is highly desirable.
  • Experience in creating high-level architecture diagrams and solution blueprints.
  • Familiarity with virtualization, containerization, and hosting technologies such as OpenShift, VMware, compute environments, storage systems, and network concepts.
  • Experience and technical knowledge in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft M365, and AWS are beneficial.
  • Knowledge of GenAI technologies and their applications will be a significant advantage.
  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their integration into business solutions like Microsoft Copilot will also be beneficial.
