  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed reports on operational and maintenance scenarios from various industries to provide insights and support to pre-sales and product teams.
  • Develop prototypes tailored to customized requirements using Axure or Sketch , and ensure their design quality meets established standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience in R&D, products, SA related positions.
  • Certifications: PMP, ITIL certifications are preferred.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of project management knowledge systems and processes, with excellent planning and risk management capabilities.
  • Tools: Familiarity with operation and maintenance products, including automation tools, log analysis tools, and monitoring tools.
