About Our Company

We are seeking a skilled (Senior) Java Developer to join our team at a leading global fintech company focused on digital trading solutions. This opportunity allows you to design and manage innovative platforms that transform how users interact with financial markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with internal trading teams to gain a thorough understanding of trading operations and processes.
  2. Foster effective relationships with stakeholders, including finance teams and other relevant departments, to ensure alignment on trading strategies and objectives.
  3. Analyze and interpret trading data to inform decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, particularly within the cryptocurrency space, to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
  5. Develop a deep understanding of retail and institutional trader behavior, preferences, and needs.
  6. Utilize strong technical skills to analyze market trends, spot, derivatives, and options trading strategies.
  7. Offer support and insights to improve the trading experience for both retail and institutional clients.
  8. Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and collaboration on trading initiatives and product offerings.
  9. Contribute to the development and implementation of trading strategies and products, focusing on both traditional and cryptocurrency markets.
  10. Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to report on progress, insights, and areas for improvement.
  11. Assist in identifying new opportunities within the trading and exchange domains, leveraging technical expertise and industry knowledge.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  2. Proven experience in trading or financial services, with a strong understanding of internal trading desks and operations.
  3. Preferably experience at an Investment Bank, Hedge Fund, or Exchange developing trading applications in Equity, FX, or Derivative products in traditional or crypto markets.
  4. Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and products is a significant advantage.
  5. Strong technical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and market trends.
  6. Understanding of retail and institutional trading behaviors, including spot, derivatives, and options.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders across various departments.
  8. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  10. Experience with trading platforms and tools is a plus.
  11. A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
