The successful candidate will lead and manage various projects assigned by the Project & Operation Excellence manager, ensuring timely delivery and implementation according to established standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading cross-departmental projects and initiatives to ensure successful project implementation and delivery, collaborating closely with related functions and business units (including IT, Customer Operation, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Sales Channels, etc.).
  • Reviewing and preparing project documents, monitoring project progress daily, and reporting status at agreed intervals, with proper documentation to ensure all assigned tasks are delivered with quality and on time.
  • Preparing test plans, test cases, and conducting user acceptance tests to ensure system functionality and workflow meet business requirements.
  • Tracking project status and reporting potential and actual risks and issues promptly, arranging fixes to minimize adverse impacts and delays in project deliverables.
  • Facilitating effective communication with internal business users, sales channels, and customers during project implementation, including providing training sessions and materials.

Required qualifications include:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Business Analysis / Customer Operation, preferably in the insurance or financial industry.
  • Hands-on experience in project life cycles, with Agile methodologies as an added advantage.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar designation.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This role offers a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for growth and development within a dynamic organization.
