Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Systems Architect to lead and drive the technical architecture and system design of our trading platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep background in financial transaction systems, specifically in derivatives trading systems (leverage, futures, and options). This role requires strong technical expertise and experience in managing and leading a team.

  1. Design and develop derivatives trading systems that ensure stability, efficiency, and scalability.
  2. Collaborate with product managers and other technical teams to translate product requirements into technical solutions and drive continuous product iteration.
  3. Monitor and optimize trading platform performance, addressing high-concurrency and large-data-volume challenges.
  4. Provide technical guidance and support to teams, ensuring project execution is efficient.
  5. Participate in security and compliance design to ensure the trading system meets regulatory requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of technical work experience, with at least 4 years in derivatives trading systems or fintech.
  • In-depth knowledge of Java microservices technology stack.
  • Familiarity with various storage/message middleware, relational databases, and NoSQL databases.
  • Understanding of derivatives trading business logic.
  • Excellent team management skills, able to lead technical teams through complex system development and optimization.
  • Familiarity with high-frequency trading, big data processing, and real-time analytics.
Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with the following qualifications will be highly regarded:

  • Experience in blockchain, CEX, DeFi, or related fields.
  • Development experience in cryptocurrency derivatives trading systems.
  • Advanced certifications in finance or tech fields, such as CFA or FRM.
