Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Infrastructure Architect to join our team at TransUnion LLC.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement infrastructure solutions for various application products, ensuring timely delivery and high system availability.
  • Maintain and support system infrastructure components independently, including configuring operating systems and applications.
  • Serve as the office application administrator, monitoring and administering the application database, and performing housekeeping tasks to ensure a healthy system status.
  • Act as a technical engineer for backend infrastructure services, providing recommendations for IT projects and collaborating with clients.
  • Ensure timely response to security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and close incidents efficiently.
  • Maintain the IT infrastructure and application systems in a healthy status, adhering to established standards and best practices.
  • Perform installation, configuration, storage sizing, design, tuning, capacity planning, and monitoring of system alerts and incidents.
  • Evaluate and deploy new application systems and IT technology, executing annual drill tests for Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
  • Provide technical and application support, required remote/onsite support after office hours, weekends, or public holidays, and offer professional hints and observations to the application support team.
Requirements
  • A university degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in setup and administration of Windows servers, AD, IIS, ARR, and Clustering.
  • In-depth experience in VMware infrastructure setup and administration, solid understanding of security incident management, and vulnerability management processes.
  • Strong understanding of security monitoring technologies such as Microsoft SCOM, Splunk, and WireShark.
  • Maintain system vulnerability management using Rapid7/Kenna/Penetration Testing.
  • Excellent skills in system and storage sizing, design, tuning, capacity planning, and problem analysis.
Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on qualifications and location.
