About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Solutions Architect to design, develop, and deploy large language models (LLMs) that enhance retail operations. This role requires strong technical expertise in LLM development, NLP, and cloud deployment, as well as collaboration with data analysts and commercial teams to ensure AI solutions deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • LLM Development: Develop, fine-tune, and optimize LLMs for retail-specific use cases such as chatbots, sentiment analysis, product descriptions, and report generation.
  • RAG Pipelines: Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines to improve LLM accuracy using domain-specific retail data.
  • Data Engineering: Collaborate with data engineers to build scalable data pipelines for preprocessing and feeding structured/unstructured data into LLMs.
  • Prompt Engineering: Experiment with prompt engineering, LoRA/QLoRA fine-tuning, and RLHF to align models with business needs.
  • Cloud Deployment: Deploy LLM solutions on cloud platforms with a focus on scalability and cost efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Computer Science, AI, NLP, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in LLM development, NLP, or deep learning, with a portfolio of projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex.
  • Additional Requirements: Experience with LLM fine-tuning, quantization, and evaluation metrics, familiarity with cloud AI services and deployment tools, knowledge of NLP techniques and retail datasets.
