Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our team as an AI Architect, focusing on digital operations. In this role, you will play a key part in designing and developing AI platforms, services, and tools that drive business growth and improvement.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct research on the latest developments in AI technology, evaluating and introducing suitable AI technologies and solutions to enhance our operations.
- Plan and design generative AI-related architectural engineering, including infrastructure development and maintenance.
- Analyze requirements for AI application systems, ensuring compatibility with system infrastructure resources and providing expert advice on function improvements and performance optimizations.
- Support the analysis of AI application requirements and scenarios, promoting scenario implementation and empowering business development.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Over 8 years of work experience in AI and machine learning, with more than 3 years of experience in generative AI.
- Familiarity with common programming frameworks and tools in generative AI, including language models and multimodal generation.
- A deep understanding of AI basic concepts, processes, and methods, particularly in large model theory.
- Experience with Transformer-based architecture and deployment.
- Familiarity with open-source generative AI frameworks and fine-tuning methods for large language models.
- Excellent engineering practice skills, strong hands-on ability, and the capacity to execute demo experiments quickly.
- Good language expression and communication skills, teamwork ability, and learning ability.
- Familiarity with bank business and proficiency in related concepts.
