Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT operations, focusing on system monitoring and performance analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to system performance issues and bottlenecks.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as PagerDuty and ServiceNOW.
  • Excellent communication skills in English for cross-team collaboration with regional and local delivery teams.
