Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager - Chinese Speaking to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing business relationships with new and existing partners in the region, converting leads into clients, and identifying effective marketing channels to promote our company and its products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow our presence in the assigned region (China), establishing strong business relationships with new and existing partners.
  • Identify and engage trading professionals in various social and professional platforms to onboard them as clients or partners.
  • Research and recommend local marketing channels to effectively promote our company and its products.
  • Work closely with our customer support team to provide an exceptional user experience for our trading clients, Affiliates, IBs, Money Managers and other partners.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and back-office teams to prepare necessary sales and marketing content.
  • Built and maintain solid relationships with prospective partners, proactively working to retain and reactivate clients and partners.
  • Negotiate partnership terms based on existing rebate structures.
  • Monitor affiliates and partners to optimize their activities and performance, ensuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Conduct regular market and competitor analysis, providing feedback on the customer journey to management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks as per company policies and ethics.
  • Travel to conferences and business meetings as required.
