About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and configuring software and computer systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.

  • This role involves providing technical support to colleagues and clients, including walking them through steps to help resolve their technical problems.
  • Maintenance of procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization is also a key responsibility.
  • Analysis of records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues is crucial to identifying solutions.
  • The successful candidate will support the implementation of new solutions or applications, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption.
  • Establishing accounts for new users and assisting with password or login problems is also an essential part of this role.
  • Participation in business-wide meetings to provide insight into technical requirements is vital to ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications in both Windows and Mac OS.
  • A willingness to solve complicated problems and see projects through to completion is essential.
  • Analytical skills to study problems and records and identify solutions are critical to success.
  • A team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems is vital.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills are required.
  • The ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time is essential.
