Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily functions of the air freight operations team.
- Manage comprehensive cargo handling procedures and related activities.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with airlines and co-loaders.
- Coordinate with customer service and sales teams to ensure seamless operational workflows.
- Compile and present regular performance reports for management assessment.
- Engage in various ad hoc projects as directed.
Qualifications:
- Possess a degree or higher in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Have at least 10 years of experience in the freight forwarding sector, particularly with renowned forwarding companies.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
- Fluent in both verbal and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
- Exhibit strong communication and negotiation capabilities when interacting with airlines and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrate reliability, independence, initiative, responsibility, teamwork, and attention to detail.
- Able to thrive under pressure in a dynamic work environment.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
