  • Develop and implement a comprehensive transfer pricing strategy to ensure global compliance and minimize tax liabilities.
  • Monitor and analyze tax legislation and regulations to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Lead transfer pricing audits and risk management initiatives to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Provide expert advice on transfer pricing and tax implications to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 8+ years of experience in transfer pricing, with a proven track record of success in a Big 4 accounting firm or commercial organization.
  • Excellent knowledge of international transfer pricing and tax principles, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
