We are seeking a Lead Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist to collaborate closely with the FP&A Manager in overseeing financial reporting and analytical functions, ensuring precise and prompt monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory financial and tax documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate financial statements, management accounts, and various internal/external financial reports.
  • Conduct variance analysis comparing actual results to budgeted/forecasted figures and communicate significant discrepancies.
  • Ensure adherence to local statutory financial reporting obligations and coordinate with external auditors.
  • Oversee compliance with tax reporting standards and engage with governmental bodies.
  • Design and sustain financial reporting frameworks and procedures.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, along with a professional qualification.
  • A minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in financial reporting, including audit exposure.
  • Self-driven with exceptional time management and communication abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and analytical methodologies.
  • Proficient in MS Office, accounting software, and reporting tools.
  • Prior experience in the communications sector is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional Asian languages preferred.
