Job Description:

As a Senior Associate Consultant at Aon Hewitt, you will be an integral part of our team supporting clients in achieving their strategic objectives through effective talent management.

You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and develop tailored solutions that align with their business goals.

Your expertise will be instrumental in various areas, including employee and executive rewards, HR strategy, workforce analytics, organization design, change management, and employee communication.

  • Collaborate with directors, senior consultants, and partners to support them in delivering high-quality work to clients, including conducting research, gathering data, and analyzing information.
  • Perform data analytics using Excel modeling techniques to analyze and interpret large datasets, providing actionable recommendations to clients.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of client presentations, working closely with directors, senior consultants, and partners.
  • Support directors, senior consultants, and partners in conducting client meetings and workshops.
  • Contribute to business development activities, such as proposal development and relationship building with potential clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, HR consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management, HR strategy, and related domains.
  • Proficiency in data analysis using Excel and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to think critically, analyze complex data, and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing client needs and prioritize tasks accordingly.
