Job Title: Property Officer

Knight Frank is seeking a highly motivated and organized Property Officer to join our team in Hong Kong. As a Property Officer, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day property management of a mixed portfolio, preparing property budgets, and liaising with landlords and tenants.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Manager in providing day-to-day property management of a mixed portfolio, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Prepare property budgets, monthly reports, and meeting minutes to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants on tenancy management matters, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Attend meetings with clients and internal stakeholders, including after office hours if necessary, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Degree in property management, facilities management, or a related discipline.
  • 1-2 years' relevant experience in property management, with a strong understanding of property laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and willing to learn, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
