Property Manager (Family Office, Luxury Residential)

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our client's family office in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily management of residential buildings, including safety, security, repair and maintenance, cleaning, and daily operation matters.

  • Manage daily property requirements and conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and assess contractor effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and safeguard landlord's rights.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, inquiries, complaints and investigate incidents to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
  • Initiate corrective measures as necessary and prepare reports and analyses to assess and improve property management performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Housing Management, Surveying or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in property management of luxury residential portfolio.
  • Sound knowledge of building operations and estate management.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua.
