Job Description
As an Associate, Regulatory Reporting, you will be responsible for performing daily accounting duties, including preparing trade journals and performing bank and broker reconciliations. You will also handle in-bank related and other clerical tasks, as well as regulatory matters such as FRR and Client Monies Segregation. Additionally, you will prepare supporting schedules for the daily or monthly reporting and assist in the preparation of financial & management reports. Furthermore, you will handle audit matters and inquiries from regulators and other parties.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- You should be a university graduate in accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience is required.
- You should have good knowledge of SFC FRR and Client Monies Rules.
- Solid experiences in accounting of securities firms and investment banks are preferred.
- You should be diligent, flexible, detailed-minded, cautious, proactive, and willing to learn.
- You should have good PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
