This role will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements related to operations and regulatory reporting, collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations for operation systems and regulatory reporting, identifying and documenting system and process improvements to enhance operations efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements, conducting gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired operations and regulatory reporting processes, developing and maintaining business requirements documentation, including functional specifications and user stories for system enhancements, collaborating with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, staying updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices related to operations and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements related to operations and regulatory reporting.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations for operation systems and regulatory reporting.
  • Identifying and documenting system and process improvements to enhance operations efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conducting gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired operations and regulatory reporting processes.
  • Developing and maintaining business requirements documentation, including functional specifications and user stories for system enhancements.
  • Collaborating with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Staying updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices related to operations and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements:
  • 5-7+ years of experience in a similar support & business analyst position.
  • Experience in communicating with Operations and Finance to analyze user request and requirements.
  • Good understanding of Fixed Income and FX cash and derivative products.
  • Experienced with Finastra Summit/Calypso/Murex is highly desirable.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
