Job Description

The Public Relations Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering effective communication strategies to promote our brand and maintain a positive image in the industry. This includes:

  1. Developing and delivering various communication materials, including corporate brochures, announcements, fact sheets, media articles, and ESG reports.
  2. Handling inquiries professionally, preparing press releases, media pitches, scripts, and speeches for management.
  3. Cultivating strong relationships with media outlets, organizing interviews, and press events to enhance our reputation.
  4. Responding promptly to crisis situations, developing messages, managing media relations, and advising internal parties.
  5. Maintaining a corporate website by regularly updating content to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Requirements

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Language, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, crisis communications, and internal communications.
  • 2+ years of supervisory or managerial level experience is preferable.
  • Experience in the F&B / hospitality / retailing industry is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in media relations, attention to detail, open-mindedness, adaptability, and collaboration.
  • Strong written English and Chinese copywriting skills; proficiency in spoken Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.
