Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Corporate Communications Assistant Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies across various channels, including corporate brochures, announcements, fact sheets, media articles, and ESG reports.
Main Responsibilities:
- Communication Materials Development:
- Develop and deliver various communication materials, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
- Manage external communications, handle inquiries professionally, and prepare press releases, media pitches, scripts, and speeches for management.
- Respond promptly to crisis situations, develop messages, manage media relations, and advise internal parties.
- Cultivate media relations by developing strong relationships with media outlets, organizing interviews, and press events to enhance the Group's image and reputation.
- Organize corporate-level social activities to support the Group's social responsibility initiatives.
- Maintain the corporate website by regularly updating content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate effectively within a marketing team of 10 members.
Requirements:
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Language, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, crisis communications, and internal communications.
- 2+ years of supervisory or managerial level experience is preferable.
- Experience in the F&B / hospitality / retailing industry is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in media relations, attention to detail, open-mindedness, adaptability, and collaboration.
- Strong written English and Chinese copywriting skills; proficiency in spoken Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.
