">We are a leading lifestyle hospitality group with a strong commitment to corporate communications. We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Communications Assistant Manager to join our marketing team.
">Job Overview
">- Develop and deliver various communication materials, including corporate brochures, announcements, fact sheets, media articles, and ESG reports.
- Manage external communications, handle inquiries professionally, and prepare press releases, media pitches, scripts, and speeches for management.
- Cultivate media relations, develop strong relationships with media outlets, organize interviews, and press events to enhance our image and reputation.
- Respond promptly to crisis situations, develop messages, manage media relations, and advise internal parties.
- Organize corporate-level social activities to support our social responsibility initiatives.
- Maintain our corporate website, regularly updating content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Execute ad-hoc projects, leading and supporting additional communications and marketing projects as needed.
- Collaborate effectively within a marketing team of 10 members.
Requirements
">- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Language, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years corporate communications, crisis communications, and internal communications experience.
- 2+ years supervisory or managerial level experience is preferable.
- Experience in the F&B / hospitality / retailing industry is highly preferable.
- Proven track record in media relations, attention to detail, open-minded, adaptable, and collaborative.
- Strong written English and Chinese copywriting skills; proficiency in spoken Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.
