Key Responsibilities

  1. Implement Oracle E-Business Suite R12 (Finance Modules) and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  2. Collaborate with user management, training, and application support teams to provide exceptional customer service and resolve technical issues.
  3. Work closely with internal business units to facilitate project completion and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  4. Develop and maintain accurate documentation of process and technical changes, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  5. Conduct thorough unit testing and system testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  6. Support and enhance interfaces between enterprise applications, including Oracle Applications and other banking systems.
  7. Provide production support for day-to-day issues and ensure minimal downtime.

Requirements

  1. University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  2. 5-8 years of experience in business application development, preferably in the banking industry, with team management experience.
  3. Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite Financial is highly desirable.
  4. Strong experience in liaising with business and finance users, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in Oracle Development (e.g., PL/SQL, Unix Scripts) and ability to work under pressure.
  6. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
