Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our external retailers, driving business growth and ensuring alignment with our business plans.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail, FMCG industry, and key account management, with experience in department stores and modern trade or equivalent channels. Strong collaboration, multi-matrix partner management, and analytical skills are essential for this role.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building strong customer relationships and delivering planned joint business plans, promotion plans, and effective assortment with brand activation, sales target growth, effective inventory management, and assortment planning as key goals.
  • Prioritizing winning partners and winning trade initiatives that will work in department stores and toys specialists in the current evolving HK retail landscape.
  • Accounts ownership for selling in, consumer sales targets, demand planning, forecasting, and account P&L management.
  • Reviewing business, budget, and inventory performance on a weekly basis and driving short to medium-term actions for growth opportunity or mitigations.
  • Identifying and recruiting new customer opportunities in the market to expand scale and distribution points to help us reach more consumers and shoppers.
  • Managing end-to-end customer management, from understanding customers' business situation, analyzing and reviewing business performance, developing confidence with customers on promotion initiatives, proposing and negotiating with buyers, leading customer meetings, and implementing aligned plans at their store front.
  • Building strong collaboration with the Sales Planning, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to support the sales initiatives.
  • Ensuring Trade Marketing executions and activities are implemented and delivering the LEGO Brand Values.
