Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced and creative individual to lead our creative projects as a Creative Manager. This role involves overseeing the process from concept to execution, ensuring projects are completed within budget and on time, while delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and present creative concepts, manage execution, and lead creative projects
  • Manage creative teams, assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide feedback
  • Identify needs and develop solutions, collaborating with external vendors and partners
  • Establish and maintain standards, guidelines, and best practices for creative work
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and apply them to our projects
  • Oversee graphics and creative materials for online stores, websites, and social media

Ideal Candidate

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a creative management role, preferably with a proven track record of successful project management
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and HTML/CSS
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
