  • Prepare month-end closing for assigned legal entities, including journal entries, financial statements, and account reconciliations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
  • Member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sizeable audit/accounting field and worked in Hong Kong property industry preferred
  • Cantonese, English, and Putonghua (preferred)
  • Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
