About the Role

This role involves overseeing the client's consumable testing programs, including toys, food contact, and premium products. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing summary reports and delivering tailor-made services that meet client needs. Additionally, they will handle test submissions according to different countries' safety regulations, provide timely resolutions to client issues, and support the Sales Team in solving client inquiries and problems with consistency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee client testing programs for consumable products, including toys, food contact, and premium items.
  • Prepare summary reports and deliver tailor-made services that meet client needs.
  • Handle test submissions according to different countries' safety regulations.
  • Provide timely resolutions to client issues and concerns.
  • Support the Sales Team in solving client inquiries and problems with consistency and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Holds a Higher Diploma or degree in Science discipline (preferably with experience in Testing Science and Certification).
  • 4-5 years of working experience in commercial laboratory settings, preferably handling retail clients.
  • Familiarity with toys merchandising and sourcing experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as problem-solving skills.
