The ideal candidate will have a valid Hong Kong Securities & Investment Institute I license, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly. You will also need to stay updated on market trends, investment products, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
This is a shift-based role with varying shifts including 8:00 AM starts. You will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of HK$42,000 per month, performance-based incentives, health insurance, retirement benefits, and ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to clients to provide investment guidelines and recommend suitable financial products.
- Assess clients' financial situations, risk tolerance, and investment goals to provide personalized recommendations.
- Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Valid Investment Advisor license, such as HKSI certification.
- Experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.
