Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team at Kerry Coffee (Hong Kong) Limited as an Assistant Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and business partners in the Modern Trade retail and E-Commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and business partners, including responding to customer queries, providing quotations, managing products, identifying business opportunities, and negotiating terms and conditions.
- Market Analysis and Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and evaluate program effectiveness to provide meaningful business insights for further action plans.
- Marketing and Sales Strategy: Develop and execute marketing and sales plans to increase brand exposure, manage the trade promotion fund and listing fees, and ensure cost-effective marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- POS and Trade Promotions: Develop and execute POSM placement, demo programs, cooperative advertising, sales incentives, end-consumer promotions, and trade training.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales-related reports, including sales performance, principal presentations, and other relevant data on a regular basis.
- Customer Service: Provide quality pre-sales, post-sales, and after-sales service support to customers.
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or related disciplines with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Experience in the Food and Beverage industry is preferred.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong analytical and numerical sense, good organizational and time management skills, hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing projects, and proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
