Director of Architectural Innovation

  • Conceptualize, execute, and present innovative design solutions.
  • Familiarity with local regulations and construction practices.
  • Authorized Person (Architect) and HKIA member.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • At least 25-30 years of post-qualification experience in residential and commercial design.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be authorized as an Architect and have membership with the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA).

They will also possess strong communication skills and be fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture is required.
