Effective cost planning is essential for delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Contract Manager/Contract Manager in developing and implementing cost-planning strategies.
  • Work closely with Clients to understand their commercial needs and objectives.
  • Provide commercial advice and guidance on project-related matters, focusing on cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain clear cost plans for projects, ensuring accurate and timely tracking of expenditures.
  • Identify opportunities for value engineering and cost savings, presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Review and assess variation claims, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and records are properly maintained.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent.
  • 1-10 years of relevant experience, with opportunity for growth and professional development.
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for senior roles.
  • Professional qualification (HKIS, RICS, RPS) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English language, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
