Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Perform quantity surveying duties
  • Assisting with claims research and substantiation
  • Prepare and update variation and claim status regularly
  • Measure and value sub-contracts and assist in agreement of sub-contract variations, interim and final accounts
  • Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to compile concise and accurate Scopes of Work
  • Handle ad-hoc assignment (contractual / quantity surveying related) as requested

Required Qualification

  • Tertiary qualification or bachelor's degree in relevant fields e.g. Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent
  • At least 5 years experience in related fields
  • Strong interpersonal and motivational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels throughout the organization
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (English and Cantonese would be an advantage)
  • The ability to quickly adapt to any given circumstance
  • A positive outlook and solution focussed
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
