Sports Physiotherapist Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Hong Kong Sports Institute as a Sports Physiotherapist. The successful candidate will work closely with our athletic teams to provide top-notch physiotherapy services and support their recovery and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver individualized physiotherapy plans for athletes;
  • Develop and implement injury prevention programmes in collaboration with coaching staff;
  • Conduct research and educational activities to advance athlete care and safety;
  • Supervise and train junior physiotherapists and physiotherapy students;
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in physiotherapy or a related field;
  • Registration with the Hong Kong Physiotherapy Board;
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sports physiotherapy or a related field;
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex sports injuries;
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Knowledge of child protection and equal opportunity policies.
