Job Description

This role is responsible for leading the design, execution, and evaluation of L&D initiatives and projects for the hotel. Key responsibilities include preparing and managing the annual L&D plan, designing and delivering training programs, identifying key challenges in operational departments, and administering Shangri-La Academy Online as a key learning platform.

Requirements
  • Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in L&D, with a proven record in driving luxury standards being an advantage
  • Sound knowledge of computer applications and hands-on experience in digital tools and technologies
  • Proactive, well-organized, detail-minded team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
