We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Membership Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional member services and experiences at the Hong Kong Palace Museum (HKPM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding member services and support at the HKPM membership counter.
  • Assist members with membership-related inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Promote HKPM membership to visitors and encourage them to join our community.
  • Support members and patrons at events, ensuring a seamless experience.

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above in any discipline, preferably with experience in the art, culture, tourism, or hospitality sectors.
  • Frontline or sales experience is highly valued.
  • Interest in Chinese art and culture is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Putonghua and spoken English, with Cantonese as a must.
  • Outgoing, friendly, and customer-service-minded individual.
