Position Overview
As a key member of the Risk Tech & Digitalization team within the Risk Analytics & Governance Department, you will play a vital role in enhancing our risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in the development initiatives of the Banking Return System from a user-centric viewpoint, collaborating closely with Financial Control, IT departments, and external partners.
  • Accumulate data mapping requirements and convert them into detailed functional specifications and documentation.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and third-party service providers to establish deployment and testing timelines for systems.
  • Ensure that new system functionalities meet user expectations and requirements effectively.
  • Facilitate implementation processes through interviews, workshops, and meetings with diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Risk Management, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Quantitative Analysis, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in regulatory reporting and system implementation within banking or financial institutions.
  • Familiarity with SAS/SQL is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with various requestors, assess their needs, and prioritize requests from both business and technical perspectives.
  • Ability to understand the team's objectives, solve problems independently, and demonstrate excellent documentation skills while completing tasks within set timelines.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is required.
