Position Overview

The ideal candidate will possess (i) a Master's degree in Statistics, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field in health or social sciences (for Research Associate) OR a Bachelor's degree in the aforementioned areas (for Research Assistant); (ii) a minimum of four years of relevant post-qualification experience (for Research Associate); (iii) strong communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities; (iv) experience in managing research initiatives and drafting reports; and (v) proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Candidates with a background in statistics and medical knowledge will be preferred. Those with less relevant experience may be considered for the Research Assistant role.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with project stakeholders;
  • Conducting data collection in clinical environments and assisting with data analysis;
  • Coordinating clinic operations;
  • Providing administrative support in the preparation of project reports and documentation;
  • Executing additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or designated representatives.

Employment Terms

The appointment will be made on a contractual basis for an initial period of one year, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and mutual agreement.
