">Key Responsibilities
">- Handle credit/loan administration and deposit operations activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with relationship managers and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth loan administration processes.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all loan documents.
- Participate in ad-hoc operations functions as required and directed by Head of Operations.
- Ensure all work output meets prescribed servicing standards.
Requirements
">- Post-secondary education or above.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in loan or credit operations within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of loan products and documentation.
- Knowledge of syndicate and bilateral loans is an advantage.
- Organized, responsible, and detail-minded with a positive work attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Sound knowledge of SWIFT payment and RTGS operations is advantageous.
- Good communication skills in English and Cantonese, fluency in Putonghua is advantageous.
- Experience in T24 is a plus.
