China CITIC Bank International Limited is a leading financial institution in Asia, committed to delivering innovative solutions to its customers. As a Senior Credit Risk Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping the bank's credit risk strategy and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Regulatory Compliance: Interpret changes in regulatory requirements related to Credit Risk RWA on HKMA and NFRA basis. Provide end-to-end advisory/solution and drive implementation in process, system, and reporting to ensure compliance.
- Credit Risk Analysis: Conduct bank-wide Credit Risk RWA analysis, monitor portfolio changes, and identify key risk drivers. Recommend solutions for RWA saving and enhance MIS reports with new risk analytics dimensions.
- Insight Generation: Draw insights from analytic reports and make recommendations in credit risk governance perspective to aid management's decision making.
- Model Maintenance: Maintain and enhance the model and system of Return on Adjusted Capital (ROAC) and Maximum Group Limit (MGL). Answer related queries from business units.
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc analysis or support data requests from regulators, auditors, mother-bank, or senior management in a timely and accurate manner.
Education and Experience
A Bachelor's degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related disciplines. 5-8 years' relevant experience in credit risk analytics in a bank with IT project and system implementation for data systems.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in SAS, MS Office, and data mining skill set. Experience in Moody's RAY, Python, Tableau is an advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
Personal Qualities
- Self-motivated, detail-minded, organize, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
